To request support via emails to Visionthang, you must be logged in to the Members Section first. If you are already a registered member and require technical support, you can submit a "Support Ticket" from the "Client Portal" after you have logged in. Log In with your Username and Password then click on Support Tickets from within "Client Portal" or "Support Tickets" in the left side Members Menu.
If you are a visitor and do not want to register, feel free to use the 1300 (Australia Only) number listed in the header of this page.
Or simply create a new account and within minutes you'll be able to log in and send a support request through your own Visionthang account section. As soon as you have provided the basic information and pressed enter, a confirmation email will be sent to your email account with a verification link. All you have to do is click on it to access your personal account page where you can Submit a Ticket for Support, Sales, or general questions.
